How the Codex reads it

Uplift works on this bone: the anterior midface projected forward, not up, from bone-deep support below the orbital rim to the pyriform shelf beside the nose. Its two anti-feminisation axes are checked here: the apple of the cheek must not project ahead of the pyriform plane, and must not enlarge on animation.
